Timber Frame New Dwelling in Dartmouth.
This project is a typical new build project, within the gardens of a neighbouring property. As the grounds were within a conservation area, planning consent was difficult but was eventually gained. Our role was to supervise the contractor with this project and offer certification of the works as they progressed for the benefit of the stage payments from the bank financing the project. As the photograph qualifies the topography of the site created its own interesting difficulties, which were all overcome.
